花布帽可以调节气氛，区分身份，保护头发。被许多医院采纳。但建议手术室花布帽按个人衣物管理，每人配置准备2-4个，每日清洗。在手术间外工作区域佩戴。进入手术间则戴一次性帽子覆盖。
